Wild & Well Yoga retreat
Ferraria, Portugal | October 3–8, 2027
Welcome to the Wild & Well Retreat | Portugal
An elevated retreat experience nestled in the rolling countryside of portugal, just south of lisbon.
There is a moment—somewhere between the hike and the harbor, the yoga mat and the long table set for dinner—when the pace of ordinary life fades away. The air turns golden over the hills, the Atlantic glimmers in the distance, and the body remembers how to breathe freely.
Wild & Well is an invitation into that moment.
We travel to Casas na Ferraria, a beautifully restored family estate set on 130 acres of protected countryside, where every day is shaped by movement, adventure, and the kind of stillness that only shows up when nothing is demanding your attention. This is not just a retreat—it is an immersive experience in exploring, unwinding, and remembering what it feels like to live well.
This experience is a curated blend of energizing yoga, immersive sound healing, outdoor adventure, and easy living. We begin with daily practices that meet you where you are. We’ll explore by hiking the coastal cliffs, cycling the countryside, sailing out to hidden coves. We’ll create space for slow mornings, long meals, and the kind of connection that feels rare and restorative. Join us October 3–8, 2027.
The HEART of the retreat
Your days unfold in rhythm with the land. Mornings begin with energizing, breath-led yoga as the Portuguese countryside stretches wide before you. Afternoons invite you outward into adventure—hiking the cliffs, cycling through hills, sailing the coves—and inward again through immersive sound healing, spaces to listen, release, and reconnect. As the sun lowers, the sky becomes a canvas of gold and warmth, and you find yourself slowing… naturally.
You'll hear it first—the layered sound of the land: wind through the grasses, the distant pull of the Atlantic, the subtle resonance of sound healing guiding you into deep rest. You'll feel it next—the softening of the body, the unwinding of held tension, the quiet return of breath. The scent of earth and sea grounds you here, while each meal becomes its own ritual of nourishment and presence.
There is nothing to force here. No pace to keep up with.
Just space to roam, rest, and reconnect.
And somewhere along the way, you may find yourself returning to a feeling that has been there all along.
Through yoga, sound healing, reflection, and intentional time in nature, this retreat is an invitation to step out of urgency and into a slower, more nourishing rhythm.
The Portuguese countryside is our place of rest
to soften into the beauty of simply being present.
