La Vuelta al Pacifico (The pacific return)
Sayulita, Mexico Yoga and Lifestyle retreat
March 2-7, 2027
Welcome to The Pacific Return: Sayulita, Mexico
An elevated retreat experience nestled between Mexico’s Pacific coast and lush jungles.
There is a moment—just before the tide comes back in—when everything softens. The air slows, the light turns golden, and the body remembers how to let go.
The Pacific Return is an invitation into that moment.
We return to La Joya Sayulita, a coastal boutique sanctuary nestled between jungle and sea, where every detail is designed to awaken the senses and guide you gently back to yourself. This is not just a retreat—it is an immersive experience in living, feeling, and remembering.
This retreat is a curated blend of yoga, sound immersion, bodywork, spiritual reflection, and meaningful community. We begin with grounding practices that anchor you in your body. We move into resonance — breath, vibration, and evening sound healing sessions. We create space for honest conversation, shared insight, and the kind of connection that feels rare and restorative. Join us March 2-7, 2027.
The HEART of the retreat
Your days unfold in rhythm with the land. Mornings begin with energizing, breath-led yoga as the ocean stretches wide before you. Afternoons invite you inward through nourishing somatic sessions and sound healing—spaces to listen, release, and reconnect. As the sun lowers, the sky becomes a canvas of gold and warmth, and you find yourself slowing… naturally.
You’ll hear it first—the layered sound of nature: waves meeting shore, wind through palms, the subtle resonance of sound healing guiding you into deep rest. You’ll feel it next—the softening of the body, the unwinding of held tension, the quiet return of breath. The scent of salt air and earth grounds you here, while each meal—thoughtfully prepared by La Joya’s signature kitchen—becomes its own ritual of nourishment and presence.
There is nothing to force here. No pace to keep up with.
Just space to breathe and reconnect.
And somewhere along the way, you may find yourself returning to a feeling that has been there all along.
Through yoga, sound healing, reflection, and intentional time in nature, this retreat is an invitation to step out of urgency and into a slower, more nourishing rhythm.
Sayulita is our place of rest
to soften into the beauty of simply being present.

Meet our HOST:

FAQS
-
Yoga is about meeting yourself where you are — your body, your breath, your energy. Our practices are designed for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. Every class includes gentle options and modifications so you can move, rest, and show up exactly as you are.
-
Yes! While our days are thoughtfully curated with yoga, sound healing, community experiences, and excursions, we’ve also built in plenty of space to rest, wander, or just soak in the beauty around you. Lounge by the pool, take a walk, or simply enjoy the stillness of the property — it’s your time to make your own.
-
Because retreats require advance planning, all payments are non-refundable. That said, your spot can be transferred to someone else. If something comes up and you can’t attend, we’ll do everything we can to help you find a replacement.
-
Absolutely. After you book, we’ll gather your dietary needs and make sure our chef and partners are prepared. Let us know what nourishes you, and we’ll make sure every meal supports your body and your experience.
