All crystal sound bowls are carefully packaged and shipped within 7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most domestic US orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Because crystal bowls are delicate and energetically significant instruments, extra care is taken in both handling and packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping fees are not included in the listed price of the crystal sound bowls. All shipping costs are billed to the customer and calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and handling requirements. Shipping fees are due at the time of purchase and help ensure your bowl is packaged, insured, and transported with the utmost care.

Yes, Local pickup is available for select orders. If you’re located nearby in Maryland and would prefer to collect your bowl in person, please choose the local pickup option at checkout (when available) or contact us directly before placing your order to arrange details.

During the consultation, we’ll discuss your intention, experience level, and what you’re seeking, and explore available options through Crystal Tones® inventory. This ensures you’re matched with a bowl that truly supports your work and practice.

Please note, all sales are final. Returns based on change of mind are not accepted. This policy does not override your legal rights in the event that an item arrives damaged or is incorrect. Because each bowl is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece, we are unable to accept returns for items that arrive in perfect condition.
If you feel you need a more immersive experience before purchasing, we recommend scheduling a private, in-person consultation. This allows you to hear, feel, and play the bowls firsthand prior to making your selection.

If your bowl arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or store credit when applicable.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Klarna and Afterpay at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure systems to protect your information.
