A guided meditation and gentle somatic practice on the water, held by the peaceful cove at Sparrows Point Country Club.
We begin on land with a basic SUP lesson so everyone feels comfortable before we head out. Once on the water, we move through a gentle somatic practice — slow, intentional movement designed to release tension and settle the nervous system. From there, you'll be guided into a deep meditation as you float under open sky, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
No paddleboard experience necessary. All levels welcome.
