October’s full moon is called the Hunter’s Moon. It rises just after sunset, bringing light to the early dark. It’s a reminder from nature that even in the darkest seasons, light remains. This is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the light within you.
What to expect:
You’ll settle in comfortably on your mat as the evening begins with a short guided reflection to help you arrive and set an intention. From there, you’ll be immersed in the sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments. You don’t need to do anything but listen and rest. Many people experience deep relaxation, a quieter mind, and a renewed sense of clarity. We’ll close with a gentle return and a moment to reflect on what came up for you.
No experience is necessary. Bring a mat, blanket, and pillow, and wear something comfortable.
