Join us on Saturday June 20th at 6pm for an evening of sound, stillness, and seasonal renewal as we gather to honor the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year and a turning point into light, warmth, and expansion.

Golden Hour is an immersive sound bath experience with aromatherapy designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself in the midst of summer’s fullness. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments, you’ll be invited into deep rest while creating space for clarity, reflection, and intention. SoBotanical will be diffusing supportive essential oils during the event to enhance your sound bath experience, and will send you home with a gift in the same scent.

The Summer Solstice has long been a time to celebrate abundance, energy, and the beauty of being fully alive. This experience offers a gentle invitation to pause and absorb it all — the light around you, the light within you, and the rhythms of the season.

Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you settle into comfort.
